UNCONSCIOUS MIND--OUR FUTURE IS IN THREAT

It is very shame to mention that the futures of our country is in the wrong direction..they are mannerless, culture less..."Bois locker room "case of Instagram by some south Delhi students saddened all of us...what type of mindset is that??...it is very shameful...we can't imagine the level of chatting they did...they are under the age of 18...but the type of mindset they have, is really alarming for all of us...can we call them the future of our country...???no we can't....we don't want  another NIRBHAYA BARBARIC INCIDENT...we have to react on it suddenly...our CYBER CELL needs to bring out some certain laws which will prevent those cyber crimes...an alarming situation ahead of us.... according to juvenile justice act of 2015...we have a juvenile justice board...so the detained accused would be produced before the juvenile justice board (JJB)...THE ACCUSED NEED REHABILITATION.... infact all the students under the age of 20 needs some proper teaching and awarenes...
